Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SignalPost, a public creator tool operated by Michael Costea in Victoria, Australia. By connecting an account or submitting a post, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and account authority

You must be legally able to use the service, meet TikTok’s age and account requirements, and be authorized to control the connected TikTok profile. Do not connect another person’s or organization’s account without permission.

2. What SignalPost provides

SignalPost lets a connected creator select an MP4, preview it, edit a caption, manually choose privacy, choose available interaction settings, declare commercial content, confirm music usage, and explicitly instruct the service to submit the post. Provider acceptance, processing, moderation, reach, availability, or public visibility is not guaranteed.

You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant SignalPost a limited, temporary permission to process and transmit the selected content solely to complete the post you request. You confirm that:

You must accurately select own-brand and paid-partnership disclosures. You must complete the Music Usage Confirmation for every post and ensure you have the rights required for included audio. SignalPost does not supply music licences or legal clearance.

6. TikTok relationship

SignalPost uses TikTok services subject to TikTok’s platform terms and technical availability. SignalPost is independent and is not endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may reject, limit, remove, mute, moderate, or otherwise act on posts and accounts under its rules.

7. Initial-release limitations

The initial release accepts one MP4 up to 9 MB per user-initiated request. Features may change as provider review and platform requirements evolve. Upload initialization or a provider publish ID is not represented as proof of a public post.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not legally mandatory. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SignalPost and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, provider outages, moderation decisions, account restrictions, lost reach, or content-rights disputes. You remain responsible for reviewing the account, content, settings, and provider result.

10. Suspension and termination

You may terminate use by disconnecting and deleting the connection. We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited use, security risk, provider direction, legal obligation, or material breach. We will preserve legally required records only for the necessary period.
